Driving up the West Coast of the South Island, to read all about it check out the adventure! Queenstown to Fox Glacier Franz Joseph Glacier to Barrytown Pancake Rocks to Oparara Arches and Caves Wallaby Petting Zoo In the last few weeks we've done a lot of driving. For our last weekend in Telluride we decided to take a road trip to Moab, Utah to take a break from the snow and cold. We drove through a wicked dust storm on the way there, but the weather was perfect once we hit the desert. After a few days camping and soaking up the sun we returned to the mountains for one more week of work then made our way back to California, stopping in Mesa Verde and the Grand Canyon. MOAB MESA VERDE and GRAND CANYON At the end of our season in Skagway we decided to take the long way home so we could see a bit more of Canada (America's hat). Our travels took us out of the Yukon, down through Alberta and then across Saskatchewan and Manitoba. We dipped back into the US to go under the great lakes, and then drove back up to Niagara falls before heading down to Jennie's family in New Jersey. |
